Experts of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and SKL International project have prepared analytical indicators that characterise budget performance of 806 AH in terms of each oblast.

The indicators within each oblast are organised into four groups, which characterise the financial aspects of activities of amalgamated hromadas:

1. income per capita;

2. budget subsidisation level;

3. share of expenditures for the maintenance of the management apparatus in the AH financial resources;

4. salary share in general fund expenditures.
