Safety in hromada

Rescue of people in emergencies. Each hromada must do its utmost to ensure that residents have quick and professional help in emergencies. Decentralisation creates great opportunities for this – there are powers and resources on the ground. But apart from this, hromadas should form an understanding of their own responsibility for safety of their own people.
