Префект. Хто він для місцевого самоврядування? (Інфографіка)
Інфографіка створена на основі розробленого Мінрегіоном України Проекту Закону «Про префектів», робоча версія якого (станом на 16 листопада) є ТУТ.
Як повідомлялося, перший заступник Міністра регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово-комунального господарства В’ячеслав Негода, зазначав, що префект буде державним службовцем і ця посада не належатиме до політичних.
Він також підкреллював, якщо країна взяла курс на децентралізацію,то іншого шляху, крім переведення місцевих держадміністрацій у статус префектур, немає.
