Decentralisation must be completed in 2022 – Ruslan Stefanchuk

By the end of 2022 decentralisation must have been completed. It was emphasized by the head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk during the final press conference.

"Decentralisation will become the leading idea next year. These are amendments to the Constitutions of Ukraine, currently being discussed", – claimed the Parliament speaker.
