On November, 30, the site of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on public power organization, local self-government, regional and urban development publicized a joint press release and draft amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of decentralization for them to be publicly discussed.
Why are the amendments necessary? What are the results of their being passed? What else needs solving?
All the issues are covered in the brochure by experts from the HOVERLA USAID Project, called Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of decentralisation. The most important issues for local self-government.
