We are at the final version of the draft amendments to the Constitution in terms of decentralisation, - Ruslan Stefanchuk

The Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk has discussed the further steps of the local self-government reform with Daniel Popescu, the Head of Department of Democracy and Governance of the Council of Europe.

«We have been talking about decentralization for a long time. Now we are down the final straight. The Parliament has passed a lot of laws important for municipality development. Currently we are trying to form the final vision and get to the final version of the draft amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of decentralisation», - emphasized Ruslan Stefanchuk.
