Establishment of new rayon state administrations – the Government decision texts have been publicized
At the Government portal you can get acquainted with the text of Resolution №1321 On Approving the Procedure of Taking Actions, Aimed at Establishing and Reorganising Rayon State Administrations, as well as Legal Succession of the Property, Rights and Liabilities of Rayon State Administrations, that are being terminated. The resolution was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on December, 16.
The text of Resolution №1635-r On Reorganising and Establishing Rayon State Administrations is also available there.
The documents make it possible to harmonise the system of rayon state administrations according to the new administrative and territorial arrangement of the country.
