The finalized draft amendments to the Constitution: there is still no shortage in grounds for discussion

Author: Olena Boiko, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine of VIII convocation, the Candidate of Science in Public Administration Certainly, it is good that there is pursuance to finalize the text of the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine as regards decentralisation (the draft law No2598). However, new corrections and proposals appeared in the updated text of the draft law. Therefore, the discussion is still being held. Taking this into consideration, the proposed amendments should be analysed in an impartial manner.
