Recently, there was an expert discussion of the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine '(DE)centralisation in the Constitution: are all amendments really useful?'.Summary is as follows: the draft law 'On amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding the decentralisation of power)' No. 2598 contains both positive changes, and controversial provisions. And each of these amendments has to be focused on.
