The amalgamated hromadas of the Radyvyliv Rayon of the Rivne Oblast are preparing to sign two agreements on cooperation:

• in the sphere of providing 2-18 year old children with special educational needs with the right to receive pre-school and general secondary education by carrying out a comprehensive psychological and pedagogical assessment of the child's development, providing psychological and pedagogical assistance, as well as systemic skilled support;
• in the sphere of social service delivery in the form of co-financing by cooperation parties of the Radyvyliv territorial centre of social services (social service delivery).
