Shpolyanska AH in Cherkasy Oblast joined by two villages
The Shpola city council made the final decision on the accession of hromadas of Kapustyne and Lebedyn villages to the Shpolyanska urban AH. Oleksiy Rudas and Natalia Kolisnyk will be acting starostas in the villages of Lebedyn and Kapustyne respectively.
