Association “Amalgamated Hromadas of the Rivne Oblast” appealed to the President of Ukraine, Prime Minister of Ukraine, Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with a demand to immediately intervene in the situation with the blocking of elections in AHs and to find political methods of influence on the Central Electoral Commission.

“We call on all progressive forces in the country to unite and support the decentralisation processes, making every effort to ensure that elections in newly formed AHs take place in 2018,” the statement says.

The document was signed by Serhiy Pylypchuk, chairman of the Association “Amalgamated Hromadas of the Rivne Oblast” and head of the Buhrynska AH.
