At the end of December urban development issues were discussed in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, in particular regarding the transfer of functions of the architectural-building control to the ground. Respective workshop “Application of urban development legislation. Organisation of the exercise of powers in the field of state architectural-building control” was conducted within the framework of the project “Policy for Ukraine Local Self-Governance (PULSE)”, implemented by the Association of Ukrainian Cities and supported by USAID.
