Practical aspects of decentralisation of system of state architectural-building control and its benefits for hromadas were discussed in Khmelnytskyi Oblast
At the end of December urban development issues were discussed in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, in particular regarding the transfer of functions of the architectural-building control to the ground. Respective workshop “Application of urban development legislation. Organisation of the exercise of powers in the field of state architectural-building control” was conducted within the framework of the project “Policy for Ukraine Local Self-Governance (PULSE)”, implemented by the Association of Ukrainian Cities and supported by USAID.
