The agreement on intermunicipal cooperation was signed between the Krasnopilska and Nedryhaylivska hromadas at the office of the Sumy Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
The agreement provides for the compilation of planning and budget documents for the construction of safety centres of hromadas on the specified territories. Subsequently, it is planned to submit construction project of this facility to participate in the competition for the allocation of funds from the State Fund for Regional Development.
This type of hromada safety centre is one of the first in Ukraine having such functions and including five components:
