«Within the decentralized governance system, currently being built in Ukraine, the role of local self-government will be increasing every year. At this reform stage municipalities are gaining the experience of independent economic management on their territory, using resources efficiently, making complicated decisions. As the authorities’ representatives, we must go on improving the legislative basis, allowing municipalities to work efficiently and cooperate», - commented Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda for the Decentralisation portal.
