The amendments to resolution №1236 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine were publicized at the Government portal on October, 25, the decision having been approved by the Government on October, 20.
Mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 for educationalists and public officers is known to be introduced from November, 7. So, on November, 8 unvaccinated employees (except for those with inoculation contra indications) will be suspended from duty.
Suspension from duty is the responsibility of organisations and establishments authorities. It will be exercised via an order or a regulation. Suspension from duty will be in force until vaccination. Meanwhile the work place is secured for the employee with the salary not paid at the time.
