Decentralisation must take place at the municipality level as well. The residents must have tools to influence the development of their town, settlement or village, the decisions made by the authorities. Presenter Stanislav Bezushko and guests of the Municipality project, being on air for the eleventh time, discussed such issues as how municipalities should organize their work with the residents, the municipality statute, the participation budget (the public budget), consultations with the public, public hearings, local initiatives, etc.
