The Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) is continuing a series of educational webinars, aimed at popularizing municipal liabilities issue by hromadas.

The next online-meeting with local self government representatives of the Chernihiv, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions will take place at 11:00 on February, 16 at the ZOOM platform.
