Between the election law and security: which local self-government issues need a dialogue and non-standard solutions

Issues related to postponing local elections in some hromadas of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions and such circumstances effect on decentralization were discussed during round tables in Severodonetsk on September, 29 and Kramatorsk on September, 30. The events were organized by the OSCE projects coordinator in Ukraine within the project “Facilitating a Dialogue about Reforms in Ukraine”, responding to the enquiry and in cooperation with the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and oblast state administrations.
