The MinRegion has presented new wordings of bills On Local Self-Government in Ukraine and On Local State Administrations to the line parliamentary Committee.

In the previous material the Decentralisation published a presentation of the bill On Local Self-Government in Ukraine.

According to Vyacheslav Nehoda, the Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, the suggested radical amendments concerning the local state administrations activity are the differentiation of powers of Oblast State Administrations and Rayon State Administrations, regulation of their activity, their responsibility definition.
