On July, 15 the Verkhovna Rada approved bill № 3614 “On Amending the Budget Code of Ukraine in terms of Harmonising the Budget Legislation Provisions in Relation to the Administrative and Territorial Reform Completion” in the first reading.

320 people’s deputies voted for it.

According to the bill, village, settlement and town budgets won’t depend on the rayon anymore. All the 1470 territorial hromadas, the territories of which have already been approved by the Government, will turn to direct inter-budget relations with the state budget.
