Perspective plans of forming territories of hromadas of the Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Rivne and Sumy regions were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on May, 20.
One can get acquainted with the documents after their publication at the Government portal.
Totally, 21 regions out of 24 ones have already perspective plans, covering 100% of their territory, approved by the Government.
