HRM-ADVISOR for Local Self-Government Authorities: news releases
As for today, a number of legal acts came into force in Ukraine to protect population of Ukraine during Coronavirus disease (COVID-2019). At the same time, they influenced the organization of work and human resources management in local self-government.
We bring to your attention to the selection of news, materials and recommendations from the Council of Europe Programme "Decentralisation and local government reform in Ukraine" related to the organization of activity and HRM in local self-government authorities during the quarantine:
- On social security of the population during quarantine.
- On labour relations with persons who have reached the age of 60 and above during quarantine.
- On regulation of labor relations with pedagogical workers, heads of institutions of general secondary education.
- HRM Digest №2 «On labour relations in local authorities during All-Ukrainian quarantine caused by COVID-19».
- Suggestions on the rules of procedure for organisation of plenary meetings of local councils in the form of audio or video conferences (remote plenary meetings).
