While other hromadas are only getting ready to counteract the coronavirus, Hlyboka AH is in the midst of the epidemics. «Decentralisation» has got in touch with the hromada head Hryhoriy Vanzuryak who told us about the fight with COVID-19, virus occurrence counteraction and the town council work under the new extraordinary conditions.
