IT laboratories, public spaces, educational and healthcare institutions, arranged parks, squares and other public places. These are the most popular facilities among the implemented public budgets of amalgamated hromadas and cities.
If hromada is interested in openness and transparency in local budget development, then the public budget is an extremely effective tool.
To study the peculiarities of public budget implementation, representatives of Lviv Oblast’s hromadas, deputy heads, secretaries of councils, project managers and other specialists attended a seminar “Participatory budget as an instrument for the development of democracy and people’s engagement in hromada management” held in the Lviv LGDC.
