In October, the Ministry of Finance fulfilled all its obligations to communities, with local budgets receiving the full UAH 16.9 billion interbudgetary transfer amount.
In particular:

• UAH 2.1 billion in basic subsidies – 100 per cent of the planned amount;
• UAH 1 billion in additional subsidies – 100 per cent.

As of 1 November 2025, the total funds available in local budget and budgetary institution accounts amounted to UAH 169.8 billion – UAH 49.2 billion more than at the start of the year.

These funds enable local authorities to cover essential expenditure with confidence, from paying school and hospital staff to supporting critical infrastructure and recovery projects.
