In the village of Voloske, which is part of the Novooleksandrivska rural AH, a large three-storey building is being constructed from scratch next to the local school. It will have two sports and assembly halls and natural science laboratories. Construction of the first floor is now in full swing.

“Decentralisation has given impetus to rapid development of hromadas. We help them implement the most important projects,” says Valentyn Reznichenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Sate Administration. “Voloske school lacks premises to conduct classes. We are constructing a new building from scratch there and create conditions for harmonious development of children.”
