The issues of spatial development are increasingly interesting to hromadas of the Vinnytsia Oblast, since the Government has recently decided to transfer agricultural land to the communal ownership of AHs. According to representatives of executive authorities and experts, the effective hromadas’ development is impossible without use of innovative land management instruments. The Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, invited heads of AHs in the Vinnytsia Oblast to visit a training on innovations in spatial development.

The main issues are related to new software products that simplify and unify land use, inventory and design of territories.
