The Hlukhovetska rural AH of the Koziatyn Rayon in the Vinnytsia Oblast decided to build park and sports grounds in all villages making its part. For this purpose, the local budget allocated UAH 100 thousand. The hromada constructed its first ground in Hurivtsi in spring of 2018, and in autumn, the opening of a children's park with elements of vocational guidance in the village of Nepedivka took place.

The Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, assists hromadas of the Vinnytsia Oblast in elaboration of development strategies and consults on budgeting issues. The LGDC experts emphasise that hromadas’ budgets are formed based on indicators that do not guarantee the equalisation of state subsidies amounts. For example, the amount of infrastructure subvention is determined by the number of people in AH, and the decision on issues with infrastructure development and landscape improvement depends on the effective work of local government, attraction of additional funds to the local budget and identified development priorities.
