On 17 October, the Government introduced changes to the Perspective Plan for the formation of Chernihiv Oblast’s hromadas. Now it covers 100% of the region’s territory.

These changes will allow all amalgamated hromadas in the oblast, formed in accordance with the Perspective Plan, to switch to direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget and receive infrastructure subvention.

Besides, the changes will enable hromadas to voluntarily access amalgamated hromadas and cities of oblast significance.

The changes specify the composition of the Baturynska, Komarivska, Plyskivska, Horodnyanska, Ichnyanska, Parafiyivska, Kozeletska, Kiptivska, Desnyanska, Koropska, Koryukivska, Menska, Vertiyivska, Losynivska, Malodivytska, Ladanska, Lynovytska, Ripkynska, Semenivska, Sosnytska, Olyshivska, Mykhailo-Kotsiubynska, Ivanivska, Khalyavynska, Honcharivska and Novhorod-Siverska hromadas.

The changes also supplemented the Perspective Plan with the Ponornytska, Krutivska, Sednivska, Novobilouska, Nizhynska, Prylutska and Chernihivska AHs.

The Talalayivska, Hremyatska, Yablunivska, Dobryanska, and Pakulska hromadas were removed from the Perspective Plan.
