Today, five village and one town councils have decided to take final steps to proceed with the voluntary amalgamation and to establish the Bilopilska AH. This will be the 34^th amalgamated hromada in the Sumy Oblast and the 3^rd one in Bilopillya Rayon.

The head of the hromada who initiated amalgamation (Yuri Zarko, mayor of Bilopillya town) has sent a request to the Sumy Oblast State Administration asking to address the Central Election Commission to assign the first elections of the local council and the head of the Bilopilska AH. It must be noted that for the whole time of the reform the Central Election Commission, as a contrast to other oblasts, has never returned the applications of the Sumy Oblast State Administration with demands to amend or to correct the documents.
