The working group on development strategy of the Bilokorovytska AH has defined social infrastructure and cooperation as the key priorities of the hromada till 2027.

“We have four schools, three kindergartens, three culture clubs, three libraries and four healthcare facilities. All of them need repair and refurbishment. To be able to maintain this infrastructure, we are intensifying our efforts to establish agricultural cooperatives and to promote entrepreneurship among young citizens. This process needs time, but we have no other way," said Serhiy Kotsur, head of the Bilokorovytska AH.

Georhiy Fedoruk, adviser on regional development of the Zhytomyr Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, is helping the hromada to work over the development strategy.
