In eight months of 2018, local budgets have increased to almost UAH 149 billion, - Hennadii Zubko

In the period from January till August 2018, the revenues of the local budgets increased to UAH 148.7 billion. This is 23.1% of UAH 27.9 billion higher compared to the same period of last year. This was reported by Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.

“The development budgets increased in all regions with 13 oblasts having the growth rate higher than the average one in Ukraine. The highest increase rate of the local budgets can be seen in the Poltava, Donetsk, Lviv, Ternopil, Kharkiv and Volyn Oblasts”, said Hennadii Zubko.

According to Hennadii Zubko, the highest growth was achieved in revenues from the personal income tax and the unified tax: revenues from the personal income tax increased by 26.8% or UAH 18.3 billion, revenues from the unified tax increased by 27.6% or UAH 4.1 billion.
