Tax revenues must stay on the territories where they are generated. Heads of AHs in the Rivne Oblast are initiating relevant law amendments for several types of taxes. They asked the head of the oblast council Oleksandr Danylchuk for support during the round table “Role of the Associations of Local Self-Government Bodies in the Decentralisation Process” which was organized by the Rivne Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
