On 22 August, an order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On amendments to the list of cities of oblast significance and amalgamated hromadas that intend to establish and ensure the functioning of administrative service centres, including social services, in the Transparent Office format" was adopted.

The implementation of the order will enable the creation and operation of administrative service centres, including social services, in the Transparent Office format in cities of oblast significance and AHs in order to increase the efficiency of social service delivery to the population.

From now on, 14 more cities and AHs can start the process of Transparent Office establishment.
