The Swiss-Ukrainian project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) announces an additional competition for the DESPRO School of Local Self-Governance-2018.

This year, DESPRO School has prepared an additional branch for young local self-government experts. Participants will have the opportunity to study in a circle of like-minded people, share experience, develop managerial and leadership skills, write and implement local development projects.

The training at the DESPRO School will take place in the following stages:

• I full-time session in Kyiv ― 11-14 September 2018;
• е-course on project maangement ― October 2018;
• II full-time session in Kyiv ― 20-23 November 2018.

Are you a young and proactive person with a minimum experience in local self-government, looking for opportunities to develop and improve professional knowledge and skills? Then the DESPRO offer is for you!

Profile of young specialist group participants of the DESPRO School - 2018:

• under 75 years of age;
• currently holds a position in local self-government bodies of an AH.

Requirements to competition applications.

1. The application must include the following documents:

• personal resume of a participant;
• motivation letter on participation in the work of the DESPRO school-2018;
• reference letter.

2. The deadline for filing applications to study in the group of young specialists at the DESPRO School is 19 August 2018 (inclusive).

The selection of participants for the DESPRO School will be carried out by the commission by 23 August 2018.
