On 21 June, deputies of the Volodymyrets settlement council of the Rivne Oblast applied to the settlement head with the initiative of voluntary amalgamation of hromadas.

They propose to form an AH with the centre in Volodymyrets urban type-settlement, consisting of 11 hromadas.

It should be noted that in recent months the representatives of the Rivne Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, together with oblast and rayon administrations, have conducted a range of training seminars for the representatives of local self-government bodies of the Volodymyrets Rayon and organised study trips to the existing Myliatska, Vysotska and Mlynivska AHs.
