The General Meeting of the Association of Amalgamated hromadas will take place in Kyiv on 28 March 2018.

During the event, the heads of AHs and representatives of state authorities will provide objective information on the course of decentralisation in Ukraine – its achievements, problems and prospects.

In its turn, the Association of AHs will present a formed package of services for its members, the first projects accomplished in hromadas, and will present programmes to be implemented jointly with a number of Ministries, international institutions and partners.

Approval of the new charter of the Association of AHs, formation of a management structure, and signing of memoranda of cooperation with the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) and the Swiss-Ukrainian project "Decentralisation Support in Ukraine" (DESPRO) will be held.

Event participants: heads of AHs, representatives of central executive authorities, international technical assistance programmes, experts.
