A unique hromada can be formed in the south of the Donetsk Oblast – all settlements of the future Sartanska AH are located on the collision line.

People living in the gray zone, which stretches for 270 kilometres in the Donetsk Oblast, are merely surviving, and hear about the reforms only on TV. However, Sartana’s residents are ready for decentralisation, although the front line is less than 10 kilometres away.
