On 20-21 March 2018, “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE) Programme of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will carry out a study tour “Best practices: experience of amalgamated hromadas” for village heads, representatives of rayon council and administration of the Vilshanka Rayon of the Kirovohrad Oblast and journalists of the central region.

The delegation from the Kirovohrad Oblast will visit the Pokrovska and Tsarychanska AHs of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast within the framework of the study tour.
The purpose of the training tour is to familiarise non-amalgamated hromadas with the processes of the formation and activities of AHs, as well as to provide them with experience in management and development of the territories.
