Financial capacity of AHs in Kherson Oblast, - expert analysis

Own revenues of amalgamated hromadas of the Kherson Oblast are growing as well. It is evidenced by the data of the financial capability assessment of AHs, prepared by the experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office in MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project).

In 12 AHs of this region, having direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget last year, this indicator per capita increased by UAH 1893.1 and amounted to UAH 3293.2 (including: in 11 AHs, formed in 2016, this indicator increased by 2.4 times and amounted to UAH 3327.2, while in 1 AH, established in 2015, it increased by 35.5% and makes up UAH 2461.5).
