Financial capacity of Bukovyna AHs, - expert analysis

16 amalgamated hromadas of the Chernivtsi Oblast had direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget in 2017. The assessment of their financial capacity is featured in the analysis of the Financial Monitoring Group experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project). According to Yanina Kazyuk, financial decentralisation coordinator of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion, the Group has prepared such an analysis for each oblast, in order to make it easier for hromadas to find themselves among a large number of figures, as well as make relevant conclusions.
