Voluntary amalgamation and accession of hromadas: experts have developed methodological recommendations and sample documents

The Analytical and Legal Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion has prepared methodological recommendations and samples of documents on voluntary association and accession of hromadas according to the current legislation as of February 2018 (DOWNLOAD).

The abstract to the publication states that it is based upon experience of decentralisation implementation in Ukraine, with account of typical mistakes and regional peculiarities, as well as judicial practice.
