366 AHs used the infrastructure subvention by 95% in 2017. The total subvention sum amounted to UAH 1.5 billion, and over UAH 90 million of local budget funds were used in addition, informed Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.

“The funds were aimed at the implementation of more than 2,265 projects, such as schools, kindergartens, school buses, roads, special purpose vehicles, etc.

The Vinnytsya, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi and Chernihiv Oblasts were the five leaders in one hundred percent use of the subvention,” wrote Hennadii Zubko.

He also noted that the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts are worth noting in 2017. These regions have significantly improved their performance compared to the past year and reached 90% of use of the subvention for AH infrastructure development.
