To attention of AH financiers – changes to classification

The experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and SKL International) draw the attention of the financiers of amalgamated hromadas to the fact that from 1 January 2018 the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No 793 “On Approval of Components of the Programme Classification of Expenditures and Crediting of Local Budgets” has come into action, approving:

  • The structure of coding of the programme classification of expenditures and crediting of local budgets;
  • Typical institutional classification of expenditures and crediting of local budgets;
  • Typical programme classification of expenditures and crediting of local budgets/Temporary classification of expenditures and crediting for local government budgets that do not use the programme-target method.

Besides, order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No 1175 dated 29 December 2017 introduced amendments to the budget classification, approved by order No 11 dated 14 January 2011.
