The weekly publication “Vynnyky Plus” continues to introduce the decentralisation reform as a very important reform of local self-governance in Ukraine to its readers. Let’s consider the Davydivska AH as an example. Given the geographical location of settlements, it is possible, to some extent, to project the future of Vynnyky from the perspective of this AH. Of course, if the town does not join Lviv, and establish its own amalgamation of hromadas.
