Join a presentation of a handbook on developing a communication strategy for communities

On September 18 at 10:00 AM, the USAID HOVERLA Activity together with Internews Ukraine will present a communication strategy handbook for local governments on the Zoom platform. It will be especially useful for community officials, communication specialists, and other servants.

Nowadays, it is no longer enough for communities to inform residents about important events or decisions – it is essential to build relationships, trust, and a shared vision for the future. A well-thought-out communication strategy is crucial for supporting the overall development strategy of the community.

To assist communities in creating an effective communication strategy, the USAID HOVERLA Activity, together with Internews Ukraine, has developed a special handbook featuring instructions, templates, tips, and practical cases. The handbook offers a detailed overview of the key stages in developing a communication strategy, including communication audit, goal setting, audience segmentation, development of key messages, selection of communication channels, resource planning, risk assessment, and result monitoring.

To participate, please fill out the registration form at https://cutt.ly/8eWCbJdA by September 16, 6:00 PM. Registered participants will receive a meeting link via a separate email and will be able to get an electronic copy of the guide after the presentation.
