It took three years for the community to fulfill this dream, and against all odds, it came true!
The Tupychivska community of Chernihivska Oblast started to create a sewing workshop even before the full-scale war. However, not all plans are implemented as desired. For more than a month, the community was under occupation. After the liberation, the community rapidly continued its development. One of the successful projects is the creation of a sewing workshop, which will strengthen local economic development. This dream came true thanks to the cooperation with the USAID DOBRE Program. Today, Liudmyla and ten other community residents have a new profession and job. And the local budget has new revenues.
