Наразі громади України живуть в умовах тотальної економії енергоресурсів.
В умовах воєнного стану на сільських, селищних, міських голів покладена велика відповідальність щодо забезпечення життєдіяльності своїх громад. Голови взяли на себе значну частку завдань як у військовій, так і в гуманітарній сферах.
