Recovery of municipalities after the catastrophe – international practices

The Decentralisation Support in Ukraine Swedish-Ukrainian project has translated «A welcoming city: a constructive response. Refugees, migrants, asylum seekers, catastrophe survivors» by Angela Blanchard, an internationally recognized expert in municipality development and long-term recovery.

The material describes the steps that must be taken to stabilize the situation in a municipality, restart work, studies and to assign roles.
